I really don’t know why it took me so long to check out the store but after 30 years I did and I was really glad because a lot of the apparel and accessories are things I would typically wear. Very trendy, very street bass, very skater friendly, but overall very casual and comfortable attire for the most part which I appreciate overall. Looking forward to going back and grabbing some apparel at some point and the employees were extremely friendly as well.

everytime i come here, the workers are very inviting and always happy to help with what i need! they're very easy to approach and are always working hard on stocking the store. they will do circles to help you get a deal and do their best in the busy hours.
me and my friend waited for some time for a very confusing order, we combined our stuff together and i ordered something online as well as paying with two cards, and we were patient with the cashier. after all that, they thanked us profusely for being so patient. these minimum wage workers are people, and patience with a confusing order goes a long way! i love coming to zumiez because of the awesome people that work here.

Yesterday, I visited this location and received horrible costumer service and disrespect from an employee. They were female-presenting with numerous piercings and black and red hair. In the attached photograph, I captured a shot of said employee because I believe that they deserve their job to be terminated. So here’s what happened that made this experience so vile: I approached their register and asked if I was able to make a purchase there. They proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me that I needed to make a purchase at the other register. If that wasn’t already rude enough, something else happened. I waited for the person in front of me to complete their purchase so I could make mine. While I was waiting, I watched two individuals approach the rude employee’s register (just as I did). They proceeded to help the other costumers using their register. As seen in the photo, I was standing behind someone while costumers who approached the register AFTER me were being helped. I didn’t mind waiting but in this situation, it wasn’t necessary for me to wait. My assumption is that they felt the question I had asked was stupid so they thought it would be funny to make me wait on line instead of assisting me. I find this behavior to be very immature and unacceptable. As I said before, this employee should be fired. I am never visiting this location again.

Great staff. Brought my 11 old to put together his first real skateboard. Shout out to Lex and the staff for making it a great and fun experience for him.

My son needed bearings for a new skateboard he bought online. Maybe not the most hardcore skate shop but they’ll have what you need. He should have gone there in the first place. A real person would have helped him pick all the parts and it would have been cheaper. Kiara was the real deal and super helpful.
