I’d give no stars if I could. Glue everywhere and even glued something to my finger and ripped it off. Cut me twice with the machine and nail file, nail polish bubbled, they shake their head if you say ow or pull back because they hurt you.
I had told them that this was my first time at a nail salon in 6 years. I regret it so much. Such an awful job for $40.
I took my daughter for her first ever nail Polish and the woman just rushed them and was done in 5 minutes while mine took 1.5 hours, not even telling her what she was doing when filing or buffing. She’s 5 and I was next to her trying to explain. Terrible experience. Then glare at you because you walk out the door without tipping for obvious reasons.

Lots of hidden fees
They passed me from girl to girl
Told her multiple times to make the tips shorter but she refused, nail shapes and lengths aren't even.
My cuticles have been bloody and irritated since, it's been over 30 hours.
Update: not even a full week later one of them fell off.

Place has gone down hill. Used to love it for a luxurious pedicure but quality has gone down hill. Got a gel pedicure and one week later, 2 toenails are messed up. So disappointed.

They charged me $42 for a pedicure when on the sign it said $22 so they charged me $20 extra dollars for gel nail polish which is ridiculous. Also the lady that did my pedicure FLAGGED ME DOWN more than once for a tip after I tipped the man for my nails and the lady rushed through my pedicure. On top of that the guy who did my nails actually grabbed a $20 bill out of my wallet to give to the lady who did my pedicure and I asked for change back.
Never going here again this is ridiculous and so disrespectful especially being a young girl. I would not recommend.

I had a broken acrylic I needed to get fixed, as well as a polish change. The woman started with the dremmel, which felt normal, than she tried to LIFT UP MY NAIL WITH A METRO CARD........not cool, she then pulled out cuticle clippers and proceeded to CUT MY FINGERNAIL IN HALF. It started bleeding and I yelled, she decided that was a good time to start on the other hand, with one nail hanging off, and my finger bleeding I told her that it was bleeding, she said "oh, ok" and continued to file my other nails. I left immediately. I will NEVER return to this place, and I would highly advise against anyone else going
