New owners and not the same. Grandma pie used to be a full box (16 slices) and is now half that but same cost. Flavor wasn’t bad but missing the finishing garlic and crust was too thick and doughy. Also order two pepperoni pinwheels and ended up with two strombolis, not sure how that happened. It’s not Renzo’s so should change the name

Loved Renzos since I was a kid, hands down had the best plain and grandma slice. I was worried when I heard a new owner took over but was happy to see the staff remained. It seems recipes have changed a bit. Plain slice is still okay but not as good as previously. Grandma is very disappointing- the crust is totally different (a likely doughier) and there’s no basil or garlic chunks. Still tastes good but is different and not in a good way.

Been going to Renzo's since I was a kid. Went last week for an eggplant slice which imo was the best I’ve had anywhere and was very dissapointed. Apparently they are under new ownership and as some things may be the same they put all the specialty slices on a deep dish and it is terrible. If you are going to keep the brand then keep it to its fullest. Otherwise change the name. Plain slice was good staff was the same and extremely friendly as always. They also offer a reward program which is cool. Hopefully they go back to the old recipes or just completely re brand.

I want to give a great big shout out to Renzos Pizzeria in East Islip!
We recently held an event where they catered. Their food was amazing! Their pasta with grilled chicken was a big hit! I personally loved the penne a la vodka.
The pizza was excellent!
The food was delivered on time, hot and ready to go!
Also, I have to say the owner is such a nice guy!
Overall, I highly recommend anyone to have a meal there or have them cater your events! This is a great business to support!
