My nails and finger tips still hurt a week later.
I went to remove the dip on my nails. The lady who did my nails used the machine. Then put acetone to soak off. Then she used the machine again. I had to physically pull my hand away from her multiple times telling her that she is hurting me and going too deep into my nail.
That place is ruined down and sketchy. I will not trust anyone there to do my nails ever again.
First and last time.
The finished work is so unprofessional.
My nails are uneven and there is still evidence of dip left over on my nails.
She did not even pay enough attention to remove everything off my nails.
I looked up reviews before I went and I thought it must be a lie. But when I walked into the salon I was like...oh no...I'm already here now.
Then while the lady was doing my nails...I saw the Metro cards in her work desk and all I could think was..."Please don't tell me she is going to used those metro cards to scrap the stuff off my nails and push back my cuticles".
Let me tell you...this experience was cheap and I guess I got the service I paid for.
Disappointed.

NO STERILIZATION NO CLEANING. FUNGUS RISK I received a hard gel manicure. The e file bits were kept in a dirty Altoids box covered in previous clients nail dust. The bits had been previously used on past clients and were never cleaned, disposed of, or sterilized. Even if they had been cleaned, they were placed back in the contaminated makeshift storage bin that I assume was eaten out of prior to its use as an efile bit storage. The nail files, clippers, buffers, and cuticle nippers were all taken from a desk drawer and were not cleaned or sterilized before being used on me. The manicurist would constantly burn my fingers from the efile and got gel all over my skin and under the nails. I left with serious skin irritation from it being efiled off my raw skin. I had asked for a new set and she continued to apply the hard gel over my lifting soft gel after asking many times to have it removed. Unpon leaving I noticed that the gel was already being lifted off my nails, but was too disgusted to ask for a repair. I left worried about fungus and infections.

It was my first time going there and definitely don’t recommend this place? I just went to take off my acrylic nails and they used a poor and weird method, they just removed them with a metro card, it was my first time seeing that in a nails salon, they just damaged my nails.

I have been going to this salon for years and within the last few months service and quality has declined. The nail technicians are skimping out on the full manicure process and pedicures are incredibly rushed. I religiously get dip powder manicures which used to last me almost a month. Recently the dip powder manicures chip after 2-3 days. I went back to get the nails fixed after spending $60 on them and the owner rushed through the process, didn’t remember to put a top coat on and then the whole manicure was completely chipped less than 7 days after getting it. I have given them chances to redeem their poor work, but I’ll be using a new salon in the future.

I brought my client here today for a simple manicure. She got Gel nail polish for a longer last. The price list displayed at this location says a manicure is $12. When my client was finished they charged her $34. When I asked why is it so much for a simple manicure the lady answered "she got Gel nail polish" so I then replied with "your charging her $22 for gel nail polish?" She then said "yes" everywhere else charges the most up to $10 extra dollars for gel nail polish. Most places charge only $5 extra. Complete RIP OFF if you ask me. Place was clean and my client was seated right away but the amount of money charged for a gel manicure with No TIPS or acrylic is ridiculous.... I DO NOT Recommend Solely off the fact they take advantage and then had the nerve to tell my client the TIP has to be paid in cash. As if my client had no right NOT to TIP her... Sad shame.
