They offered me a manicure gel acrylic service without telling me the price and at the end…oh surprise!!! $70 just for manicure She (the owner) was extremely rough pulling on my fingers, no kind, weird attitude and disgustingly rude demanding a 20% tip. I always tip but for her to demands that tip was too far.
That anyone feel the same way? I will be no returning!!!

Vivian’s has the sweetest staff, the upmost attention to detail , very fair prices and great quality

Subpar experience, I was asked to pay before polishing (this is totally normal) she told me the total for my service ($25) and asked if $28 was ok and I agreed assuming that was a tip. I paid with my card. As I was leaving she proceeds to chase me outside and tell me “I forgot to leave her a tip”. Moral of the story, come with cash and know that tip is EXPECTED regardless of how you feel about the service.

I have been to every nail salon in and around riverhead Unsuccesfully. I was never happy anywhere I went. Finally I decided to try mattituck and went to Nails by Vivian and I have NEVER been happier! My nails are PERFECT every single time whether you see Brian or Vivian- They are amazing and So nice. They remembered my name after the first time and everything you like! They are the BEST!!!

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Vivian's. My nails come out beautiful and I've had the most compliments when she does my nails! I'm always astounded by how she can remember each person by name, a little about them and it's always met with mutual smiles and grace. Her music selection is relaxing and a bit fun. Her prices are comparable to most salons. However, you won't find another place that can compare to the friendliest, cleanest environment while having your nails done. The customers she attracts have wonderful personalities and share happiness when they step through Vivian's door. What's not to love??!! Vivian works hard to maximize pleasing each customer even if you come in with a frown, you will always leave with a smile!!!
