We called other companies to get an estimate for a boiler tune up. It was unbelievable to my wife and I to see that this job was done expertly (by Tom) , proficiently and quickly at almost HALF THE COST of the other companies we called. We would/will recommend Mr. Pipe to anyone who asks for a good plumbing and heating job.

Honest & Dependable. You never have to question their intentions. I say this having worked with Mr. Pipe in some capacity over the last 2 years on various projects as a single lady doing it solo... gas conversion recommendations, from servicing to installing central heating/cooling, bathroom additions, laundry room, wet bar, new water main, boiler chimneys, THERAPY etc! From the ladies on the other end of the call/email, to the service guys, to the owner Rob, to Gary the manager they all care for the customer first. With everything there can be hits and misses. My experience with Mr. Pipe has been that IF something is off.. they will make it right. Gary has personally checked in on not just the project itself but the customer behind it well passed the warranty.
In terms of pricing they are very fair. Not the cheapest and not the most outrageous especially for all I just mentioned. They also offer financing via Synchrony which can be LIFE saving.
Definitely a testament to old school values and business models.

Over the years I have dealt with many plumbers esp as I've been over a year into remodeling my home. Rob at Mr Pipe is a great guy. My heating system was an old conversion unit that had pipes going everywhere. He came in, with a tankless unit mounted on the wall, and moved all the pipes against the ceiling and walls with Diamond Plate backing!. Looks great, and it gave me another room. Don't be fooled by others, as I had a quote from another big outfit on Merrick Rd and they were a bit less but were not going to do anything near what Mr Pipe offered. The crew that came cleaned up like crazy. He legit earned all my plumbing business, and trust going forward.

Mr. Fred is awesome. He was there the entire day answering any questions I had. Paul, who actually did the piping work, is a 10 out of 10. So attentive to every detail. A master of his craft. Definitely recommend.

We did a whole house renovation so Mr. Pipe did extensive work at our house (as our contractors used this plumbing service). They did piping for bathrooms, kitchen and radiant heating. In my many interactions with them I found their attitude was half assed and their finish was sloppy. The radiant heat wasn't working when we moved in and our contractors spent hours trying to figure out the issue. And two years later the ceiling on the floor below the master bath started leaking in several places. I hired another plumber who figured out the solder had come off a joint in the pipe so every time we used our shower heads the joint would drip water which eventually made its way to the ceiling on the first floor. Luckily we seemed to have found a decent plumber to fix Mr. Pipes sloppy work. Even luckier we have a closet on the left of the master bath shower so we didn't have to demolish tile to gain access to the pipes. But we had to made a sizeable hole in the closet wall that has to be repaired too. I'm glad I don't have to use Mr. Pipe again.
