I had a hair color disaster and was recommended to come here by a friend I trust! They suggested a consultation, which i anticipated being charged for with Giselle(please excuse sp!) She listened and did EXACTLY what I told her and more. My color correction and highlights was not only perfect but everyone in this salon is kind and I really appreciate everyone. I am not sure what all the negative reviews reveal about those posting them but all i can say that the service and pricing was what I anticipated and honestly less than NYC prices which is uncommon in the Hamptons. Thank you Deb and staff for a wonderful experience! See you next time!!

Do not go here. They colored my daughters hair like a zebra. The stylist then called my daughter and asked her what she wanted her to do to fix it and that they no longer had the color. The owner refused to refund any part of the $350 and told me it was my daughters fault. It was supposed to be gray and blond. It is brown and brassy with stripes. This is not what she asked for.

I went to Ernie at Carezza many years ago and remembered how great my hair looked. I returned last month and feel as though I have a new head of hair! It's shiny and just so beautiful. I will continue with my treatments every 4 to 6 weeks! Ernie truly is a hair changer!!!!

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received… Got a choppy rushed haircut that was nothing like I asked for. Will never be going back.
