Absolutely horrendous customer service, Edison Tenzin continuously lied and misled people about the “store credit card” and said it was not a credit care multiple times, he said it was a “rewards card” and that it would not go on the credit report. This is a lie. Do not go here.

Now this review has nothing to do with the staff here or the location in general. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. However, I can never find my size in any of their stores. I walked in so excited because they had these really cute cropped sweaters in the window, but I couldn't find my size at all. I did buy some jewelry though, a four pack of rings that were like $3. I can never find my size, but again, I do not blame this location. Like I stated, the staff is friendly and is ready to help anyone who walks through the doors.

Dexter does not need to be working in any customer service! I was purchasing my items , he ask would you like a bag for 5 cents I said yes and then he goes can you take the items out of the bag , when that is his job to do but I didn’t wanna be rude so I did just that ! He ask again and this time loud and rude do you want a bag ! I went off !!! That is not how you treat customers and the fact the manager was there and just let him walk from register, they both need to be fired because they don’t have no skills in customer service! Forever 21 train your employees the right way !!!

Small store but they had 50% off & nice clothing & jacket selections. They have a fitting room. When I went to purchase they informed me they had no bags, so I had to walk out with my merchandise in my hands.

Can't walk around the store there's way too many clothes on top of each other, things all over the floor, they need a bigger store.
