I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Hoffer and the hygienist! Both were incredibly thorough, more so than any other dentist or office I’ve been to. I take good care of my teeth, so it’s always refreshing to visit a place that is as detailed and attentive as they were. The level of care and professionalism they provided made me feel confident that I’m in great hands. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to Hoffer dental care for the first time. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the second they greeted me walking in the door to getting the best and most thorough cleaning ever.

I’ve been a patient for about 10 years now and have always had wonderful experiences here. Whether it’s for routine cleaning or cosmetic work, the staff is always so helpful and welcoming, and both Dr. Hoffers are very skilled and friendly. The office is lovely and bright and clean, parking is easy, and they accept my insurance. Highly recommend.

Having had some bad experience with dentists in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the high standards I noticed at Hoffer Dental Care. All receptionists and assistants I spoke with were true professionals, doing their best to provide the most pleasurable experience one could hope to get in a dental office. Waiting time was minimal, and all my questions were answered in the best manner possible. In my rather complicated case, Dr. Hoffer was willing to spend significant extra time and effort to ensure my full satisfaction with his work. I especially appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and explain his actions in layman terms, allowing me to consciously choose between the treatment options he provided. And the work he did was, in a word, amazing. Now I feel privileged to be his patient and hope to remain a long-term client at Hoffer Dental Care.

I had gotten together with a childhood friend I hadn’t seen in a while and I noticed how amazingly beautiful her teeth and smile were (BTW, I always look at people’s teeth). When I asked her about it, she said was “Hoffer Dental”, she said she absolutely loved her dentist. I was beyond totally impressed. About a year later, I went to Dr. Hoffer. I lived in Queens and worked in Manhattan at the time and drove to Smithtown where the office was back then. Over the following months, my smile was completely transformed. That was almost 20 years ago. Dr. Hoffer takes his time and is extremely meticulous in his work. I no longer smile in ways that covered up my teeth. Actually, I smile every chance I get. I owe it all to Dr. Hoffer and his staff. I continue to go for regular checkups. I live in New Jersey now and go out to his Hauppauge office. Not a problem. I’m not crazy, I’m just a very satisfied patient. Every single person there is professional, helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make things pleasant and seamless. I can’t say enough how happy I am I found Hoffer Dental.
