My family and I visited the East Islip location for dinner tonite 8/9/22 .Upon entering the dining room looked a mess w/missing ceiling tiles, pink installation hanging out of the ceiling. The air conditioning system was not turned on in 90° outside weather so it was like 120° inside the restaurant. We then ordered food that looks like it was sitting there for hours, couldn’t even eat the cornbread dried out broke apart and crumbled rock hard inedible, that’s how old they were. I ordered a half white chicken dinner that had no skin on it because it was taken out of some type of pre-cut bay Marie.. my cousin’s food was inedible dried out nuggets that went in the garbage and it wasn’t the right amount. And the last dinner that we got all dark three-piece the sides look like they’ve been sitting in the steam table for days. We use to be regulars at this restaurant we thought we’d give it another shot and we went back to inedible food & waste of our money $50 in the garbage. Tried calling & Nobody answered the phone at the location that we had to leave because it was so hot in the building that we could not sit at the tables and dine in. Will never go there again. I will be letting everybody know to not eat at that location!!! So disgusting!!

Probably the saddest excuse for cornbread there is. Boston Market has the audacity to charge customers full price for a loaf they used 1/4 of an actual portion to make.
Very disappointed. If I come back, I will be checking to make sure that they put an actual piece of cornbread in my bag

AWFUL!!! Went for dinner the other night. Walked into the Dead Zone otherwise known as the dining room. Dark, dirty and a huge hole in the ceiling with a bad leak. Garbage can catching the leak was half a foot away so the floor was soaked. Menu boards non existent. pieces of paper with meals written in sharpie pen taped up to the board. Food: Horrible. Chicken had an unknown flavor and the creamed spinach was sour, gravy left off when requested. This place is a dump, its a shame.

Tried picking up Boston Market for my family tonight and walked in a little after 730 to to young kids telling me they don't have chicken. They specialize in chicken and don't have any? I don't understand that. Seems to me that they are very lazy and stop making food way before closing. Terrible business practice. And that's why it's always empty. If I was the owner I would get rid of management and start over

Man, what the hell happened to Boston Market? The mashed potatoes are flaky, tasteless, and hospital-quality when at one time was unmatched. The mac and cheese is watery, overboiled, and nausea-inducing when it used to be creamy and not mushy. Even the corn is equally tasteless and plain, with no added herbs.
Boston market used to be my favorite restaurant, but I've been to this location many times a year the past 3 years -- and it's beyond repair. I didn't think I'd write a review about it, but I'm truly disheartened at how bad the food is, in addition to overpriced. I recommend whoever owns it to shut it down and move on.
